TRAINING RIDES

Well with all this great weather it is getting harder and harder to get out on the road. Looking at the Forecast I am planning one training ride Thursday evening (start time will depend on what works best for everyone), and also a training ride on Sunday starting at 1030am. Both rides will start from the coffee shop at 4th and Yew in Vancouver. If you are interested please email me back at ppedersen19@hotmail.com

I try to get a quick ride in early in the morning before heading into the office. But Sunday sounds interesting. If I'm in the area I will check in at that time.

I'm up for rides Saturdays and/or Sundays. No more excuses!
