Anybody up for circling Stanley Park? I'm a beginner level looking to do 30+ km (4 times around the ring road) Around 10.30am meet up in the car park near painters circle (1st car park as you enter the park from downtown).
It's off Georgia, take the road into the park - 1st right at the traffic circle - past the rowing club, on park drive. It's the 1st big Car Park, before the right turn off for the aquarium.
I will be cycling around Stanley Park tomorrow (Sunday) morning rain or shine. I will probably start earlier than 10:30 though so that I can finish early enough to still have some part of my day.
I was there and I think I left at the right time. Didn't it start raining later in the day?
Generally I try to get out for a quick couple of laps early in the day, like between 7 and 8 am through the week. Usually wearing a blue jacket, white helmet and purple mountain bike.
