Hi there. I'd be interested in taking some folks on a lovely ride that starts at Colony Farm and follows the Coquitlam and Allouette Rivers, and then returns to Colony Farm via the Pitt River and Lougheed Highway.
It's just about totally flat -- some gravel, some paved. I have done this ride many times and it's a favourite -- I've never "led" the ride, but I have a good map.
I would need to carpool with someone to Colony Farm.
