want to do some training rides on the weekend leaving from vancouver east side...anyone interested

want to head out on saturdays for about a 4-5 hour ride....leaving at about 11 am... we can cheer each other on!  i am a first timer.....but i have been cycling for about 15 years

I'm planning to join the Vancouver Cycle Club for a ride tomorrow if you'd like to join as well. It's my first time cycling with them too.

The Ride: Well take Ontario to Ridgeway, thenPatterson to old Marine Drive and cross over the Queensborough Bridge.  On the way home its along the Fraser on  River Road to the Canada Line Bridge back to Vancouver.

Distance: 60 km

Meet: Burger King, Main and 1st Ave. at 1000
