Hello Mitra

I will be training on the North Shore at the Seymour Demonstration Forest road if you are interested to join me.  Last year I trained on my own but it would be nice to train with others.  I also trained in Maple Ridge and from Whistler to Pemberton just to mix things up.

Just wondering how "experienced" you guys are as riders? I did the ride last year and it was great, but I haven't been out much since. I did a 30km ride yesterday but had to take some breaks........... Let me know if you're in my league!

Hi My name is kelly.  I also train on the North Shore.  I usually do the Demonstration Forest.  W0uld be interested to ride elsewhere, also.  If you wuold like snother to ride with please let me know.
