Last year was great.  I finished the ride was able to talk with some of the fabulous people I had met get some food find my stuff and head over to the buses waiting for us to take us back.  There were different times the buses left depending on when you arrived.  Now if you said you were going to be on the 2 and had a flat and didn't get in until later that didn't mean there wasn't a bus for you.  The bikes got shipped back on trucks.  We went through the Truck crossing had the border agent come on board the bus quickly look at the passports and let us continue on.  I live on the Island and I was able to make the 9 ferry that night.  Actually there were a lot of people ont eh ferry from the ride so from my end it was a great way to get back.
