Luggage

I don't have a big duffel bag to stuff my sleeping bag and my pad in. Could I put all these items together in one, for example, garbage bag? So all is still packed in one bag, or how does everyone do this??ashamed

Hi

I haven't done this ride before so my idea was to put everything in a duffel and then to put it in a large clear plastic (in case its raining when we get to camp. I don't want a soggy sleeping bag!). I think the big bag with sleeping bag and a bag with your clothes should be OK.

See you Sat.

Garbage bag is a good idea guys - when the moving trucks arrive at camp they unload all our gear onto the grass so things can potentially get wet

Last year I ended up with three bags (clothes, sleeping pad, bag) even though they said ONE... so don't worry too much if you can't jam it all into one. They won't turn you away.

OH! Mark your sleepingbags well... they all look exactly the same and it took forever to find it last year
